So I haven't decided what medium would work best for this, Google Forms, Twine, Vorple, etc, there's pros and cons for all of them.

Regardless, the key point is that this game would be submitted during seedcomp's sprouting round and during the comp's voting stage, the gameplay decisions made by the players would be tracked and collated together.

At the end of the voting period, next year's planting round will be immediately open. A separate Twine game is surprise released as a "Wikipedia page." This Wikipedia page is submitted as a seed in the following year's comp.

This page recounts the incidents of the game as a standard Wikipedia article, discussing the various points in a factual dispassionate way.

The details of this page are entirely decided by the majority decisions made by the players in the game. Their choices are becoming the canon reality of that game.

Then a sequel can be released the following year. It is based on the canon reality unknowingly cemented by the players themselves, as shown in the Twine Wikipedia entry.

I'm calling it CYOC for Choose Your Own Canon.

Use of this seed would not be declared until after the voting period is over for rather obvious reasons.
