AD&D
A downloadable asset pack
It's a portmanteau of ADD, as in Attention Deficit Disorder, and D&D, as in Dungeons & Dragons.
The basic idea is you play the DM, or Dungeon Master, trying to get your first session into gear. You have your premise and your gamebook, you have plot points you want to hit and you've got things to do.
The complication comes in that it turns out that those among your group of friends that agreed to play all appear to have ADD.
You have to contend with trying to keep the session on track while your players are exhibiting a variety of ADD symptoms and require repeated careful caroling.
While the symptoms are played to hyperbole for laughs, I would be sure to do my homework and only have actual ADD symptoms present, read up on common misconceptions with an eye to avoid those, and would try to make each player's own personality and the unique way ADD presents in them distinct from the other players.
I'd like for the game to be comical and fun, but I want to treat the subject matter with the respect it deserves. ADD, especially when untreated or undiagnosed, absolutely trainwrecks many lives and causes untold unnecessary personal suffering. I'd end each play through with a sober acknowledgement of the realities of ADD and links to resources if you suspect you or someone you know may have ADD.
This game would absolutely require betatesting and vetting by subject experts (both ADD and D&D 😉 ).
That's it.

I'd like to point out, with no offense intended, that AD&D already has a meaning in the D&D community (Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, released in 1977, with AD&D 2e being from 1989).
This is not an issue, but possibly worth keeping in mind.
Additionally, this shows up among game assets? I'm not sure if that's the intent?
Noted, thank you. Also, I submitted all the seeds as "assets" because I wasn't really sure what else to submit them under, to be honest.
